Minter Ellison Mongolia appoints senior lawyers

MinterEllison today announced a new partner on the ground and two Associates in their Ulaanbaatar office.

Sebastian Rosholt has been promoted to the partnership and is a cross border M&A and energy & resources sector specialist. Mr Rosholt joins Lis Ellis, who has been the resident partner in Mongolia since the office opened in 2012.

Ms Mandy Bayarbat and Ms Amarjargal Batchuluun are the two new Associates.

Lis Ellis said the promotions reflect the depth of talent in the local office and the firm’s confidence in market opportunities going forward.
